Fifth in a series of articles on the Notary Profession. This article covers Fingerprinting; "unique", perhaps one of the most misused words, truly applies to our fingerprints. I will discuss why we have fingerprints, some of the earliest uses, a bit about types and classifications; and how to obtain fingerprints that will be acceptable. We leave fingerprints whenever we touch something; but the requirements for acceptable prints include proper preparation, environmental control and a skilled technician. Our court systems are based on a system that relies on people telling the truth if they swear on the bible. That system is obviously no longer working. Technology now exists called Brain Fingerprinting which can tell if someone is telling the truth. It has been used in court successfully. It's time it was in all courts. Globally credit card fraud costs card issuers billions of dollars a year in fraudulent use of their cards. Some of this loss is passed back to retailers who failed to comply with the normal processing method for the card. The process for a foreign citizen to legally acquire a green card and eventually become a legal naturalized citizen of the U.S. is difficult, time consuming, and expensive. Many critics of the system maintain that if the process was simpler there would be far fewer foreign citizens entering and remaining in the U.S. illegally. As you may know a notary public is an agent who attests or certifies deeds and other documents, which is usually done under his official seal (issued by a state official), to make them authentic, especially in foreign countries. Get to know some of the advantages of storing data using a pen drive. Fast, lightweight, compact and rewritable, pen drive soon became the standard for mobile storage device. We all believe our fingerprints to be as permanent as a tiger's stripes since they are formed before our birth, while in the womb. Though this is absolutely correct, here is the kicker; children's fingerprints are actually changing for the first five to seven years of their life. When a person becomes ill with a foodborne disease, he or she may be part of an outbreak, a cluster of patients who all have the same illness after consuming the same food or may have a sporadic illness - an illness that is not part of a recognized outbreak. Just common sense tells us that everybody needs a home safe. You may not be concerned with burglary, but fire or natural disasters can strike anybody at any time. But you do not need a large and heavy safe. The variety of home safes on the market today, with various types of access, allow anyone to find what they need to protect their important documents and valuables.
