Many people set goal for themselves but few can achieve their goal. What makes the few individual different that enable them to achieve the goal. One key element is the clear understand of why the goal is needed that give them a "Compelling Reason" that they must achieve the goal.

Your goal-seeking, goal-achieving mind is never going to take a goal of increased prosperity you have allowed into it and materialize more lack and limitation in your experience. That would be like asking corn seeds to produce tomatoes or asking peanut seeds to bring forth bananas!

Use this goal setting technique after you've written down your goals, gotten specific about what you want and why you want it and developed a clear mental image of your goal. When those steps are completed, it's time to take action.

There is no failure gene in your DNA, so there is no need to worry about it. Just imagine, your mind is a goal-seeking, goal-achieving part of you, and it carries out those operations in a machine-like manner. You can never fail in your efforts to master the power of your mind, but you must persist.

Goal setting is very important for people who want to accomplish specific tasks. Of course, setting a goal does not only require that goals are set. It is imperative that the goals are time-bound, measurable and realistic.What an individual has to remember is the fact that goal achievers are not gods although they may be perceived as one because of their ability to accomplish tasks earlier or within the time required.

We often get the feeling that we're stuck in a rut, going through the daily grind, just to stay where we are.
