Bell peppers are one of the most common crops grown in the garden. Many homeowners are eager to know how to grow bell peppers for its many uses in the kitchen. Cayenne peppers contain large amounts of beta-carotene or pro-vitamin A. Just two teaspoons of cayenne pepper provides you with almost 30 percent of your daily value for vitamin A. Often called the anti-infection vitamin, vitamin A is essential for healthy lungs, intestines and urinary tracts.
