A furnace is a mechanical device designed, constructed, and used to generate heat (i.e. a heater). Depending on what kind is being used, a furnace serves to either heat the interior of a structure to prevent unwanted cold from ensuing, or to burn materials for the purpose of molding or cremating. Different kinds of furnaces include household furnaces, metallurgical furnaces, industrial furnaces, and incinerators. Some things are very difficult to recycle. Most of the time, leftover waste will end up in landfills or incinerators. This is where the “Plasma Gasification Process (PGP)” comes in. The process offers a zero waste solution to converting garbage to a clean synthetic gas and other products to make electricity, fertilizer, construction material, salt and clean water. Manufacturing and processing industries such as Pulp and Paper, Cement, Pharmaceutical, and Petrochemical, use a large variety of air emissions sources -- like baghouses, boilers, engines, heaters, incinerators, lime kilns, regenerative thermal oxidizers, turbines, and many more -- all of which require testing for air quality compliance. In the past, only local pollution was thought to be a problem. For example, coal burning produces smoke and in sufficient concentrations can be a health hazard. One slogan, taught in schools was "The solution to pollution is dilution". Related Article Tags: , , Plasma gasification is an excellent way of recycling garbage. The facilities are large and expensive but the by-products from the process are carbon dioxide, nitrogen, water vapor and inert slag making it very environmentally friendly. Plasma Gasification Process (PGP) is a thermal process that involves the application of intense heat to waste materials in a completely closed, controlled, and oxygen-starved environment. This process converts waste materials into a clean synthetic gas and heat that can be used to generate electricity. The legislation will be backed up by fines of up to $250 for people caught trashing their old phones.
