Yoga is a Sanskrit term that describes the traditional physical and mental disciplines that originated from India. It is an exercise or discipline that an individual can benefit from in order to achieve a deep transformation of consciousness -- a state that is vital to fully enhance one's psychic ability. This shift is completed when the seeker becomes aware of the difference between the ego-dominated physical body and the limitless qualities of his soul. With this newly discovered wisdom, the psychic and intuitive aspects of the person are heightened and it can lead to thoroughly unlock an individual's true psychic ability.
