To have the ability to hit a draw at will, will help you to become a better golfer and add a very important shot to your arsenal of strokes. The whole idea of hitting a draw is to be able to control the flight of the ball through the air from right to left for a right-hander and visa versa for a left-hander. This is a great shot to use if you need the ball to avoid certain obstacles. So if the hole doglegs from right to left and you want to hit the ball around the corner then a draw is the perfect shot to hit.

One of the most common scams is that someone will offer you around 200k for your full rune set. You display the full rune and he shows the 200k in the trade window.

Being a left-handed golfer, you have probably already faced a great deal of adversity. If you are just getting into golfing and are left-handed, you will soon find out what I am talking about. It is almost as if the golf community is stating that the "right way" to play golf is right-handed. Fortunately, things are gradually equaling themselves out.

It has been a year of milestones for Major League Baseball. From Tom Glavine to Barry Bonds to Alex Rodriguez to Craig Biggio the records have been piling up like poker chips in a major tournament. Glavine won his 300th game, Bonds captured the career major league home run record, A-Rod (Rodriguez) hit his 500th career homer, and Biggio picked up his 3,000th hit. Check their stats. All are headed to the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Many of us are visual people. We learn by seeing how someone does something and then imitating that person. That's why I sometimes recommend to students talking my golf lessons to watch how the pros do something. Some players excel at hitting a particular type of shot. Others illustrate perfectly the correct execution of a technique. Whatever it is, you can sometimes learn as much about golf from watching how a pro does something as you can from taking a private golf instruction session.

A peeler (potato peeler and/or apple peeler) is a metal blade attached to a wooden, metal or plastic handle that is used to remove the outer skin or peel thus peeling certain vegetables, frequently potatoes, and fruits such as apples, pears, et cetera.

You might start the swing, for example, by pushing off with your left foot, left shoulder, or left hand and arm, which is what most pros teach in their golf lessons. It's an approach I've even written about it in my golf tips.

If you are seriously considering lowering your scores, then you must take your putting seriously, as roughly half the strokes you play in a round of golf are likely to be on the putting green. However good you are at driving, pitching and chipping, if your putting is not up to standard, you will never make the next level. My Dad told me the famous quote when I was probably about 12 or 13, 'Drive for show putt for dough', this says it all!

After many trips through the rumor mill, Mark Prior accepted the Chicago Cubs' offer on January 27 to a one-year, $3.65 million contract. That is $900,000 more than the salary he would have earned under the contract he voided in November...

There are many different opinions on how to grip a golf club, but very few instructors tell you WHY you should grip the club a certain way. The reason that the grip is SO important is because it is the only part of your body that controls the clubface, your hands.

Left handed people can become guitar players but there are some adjustments you need to make to your guitar and your outlook. First if you think that you "should" be right handed because that is how guitars are designed, think again. If the hand that keeps telling you it wants to perform actions is your left hand, you are better off listening to it. This is your active hand, which makes your right hand passive.
