Foolish! But that is just my opinion and I would like to take the next several lines of this inspiring article to tell you why. Many people will disagree with me and I will welcome their criticisms as long as they write to me on internet dating and not on how foolish I look or why I am a dummy because I am an American with all sorts of weird beliefs.
There are many actions that you can defend by saying "oh, I was just young and foolish then," but when talking about credit this will only get you sympathy from friends. You can pay dearly for foolish financial decisions and laziness for years after you were "young and foolish," keeping many people from realizing their full potential financially for so long that by the normal age of retirement rolls around they are forced to work 5 or 10 years longer.
Getting a corporate credit is important because it can help you out in many different ways once it is established. When you get corporate credit, it helps your business when its in trouble and also it helps give you more money to invest in your company which in turn makes it stronger. It would be foolish not to start building corporate credit when running your business because you do not want to take a chance and put your business at risk and risk losing your personal assets. If I were to target this subject to somebody in the real estate industry, it's probably of benefit to new realtors coming in, but I think to anybody out there that professionally refers services, people, individuals, contacts to clients they may have. I think this is pretty important. Make sure you have a good relationship with and understand the person or business that you are referring. I referred a cleaner that I have worked with in the past to clients of mine this past week and unfortunately when we went in, when my buyer went in to take possession, the place was still really, really dirty and some basic things had been missed.
