Natural shea butter soap contains its namesake, shea butter, which comes from the African shea tree and is extracted from the nut of that tree. After the roasting, the nuts are ground, heated and mixed, and during this part of the process the shea oil is extracted. The shea butter is then allowed to cool. The finished product is soft yellow in color, and is what goes into shea butter soaps.

The best is the homemade natural soap and lotions that are processed on the islands, because they often feature ingredients from the Hawaiian Islands such as jasmine, mango, guava, coconut and pineapple, among others. No matter if you cannot get away and travel to the Islands right now, because you can always take a break by using island soap and other Hawaiian products in the shower and bath.
