Confidence is something that you can find. It is something that you can build. Start building your confidence by following a few simple steps.

All self-defeating behavior or dysfunctional behavior comes from a lack of forgiveness. The hardest part of forgiving is forgiving yourself. The next-hardest person to forgive is someone who has offended you.

How many years will you live? When you "pass on," what will you pass on? When you leave this existence, what will you leave behind that will outlive you?

Remember that the road to success is a road. The destination is fun, but the journey is better. Find ways to have outrageous amounts of fun doing all the work you do on the road to success.

Don't let your problems beat you. Enjoy the process of solving the problem and feel a sense of accomplishment when you've reached the solution.

It is very difficult to forgive someone else if you haven't forgiven yourself. Do you know the feeling I am referring to, that guilty feeling? It can come from little things we do in our life.

Go beyond what you thought was possible. Push yourself to be your absolute best. You will accomplish things you never dreamed, you will grow as a person, and you will be proud of what you have done!

To have positive language, you have to think positively. You have to see, you have to believe in yourself - and then you have to reflect that belief in the words that you use.

In Part 1 of this article, we discussed the courage, point of view, and the understanding it takes to successfully drop the ball and get more done. Here are the last two important lessons you need. You've got to eliminate urgency and treat your time as precious.

Find one area in your life that you can become an expert. Specialize in an activity that interests you, something that you are good at, and can continue to fine tune your skills. Your confidence will grow with your expertise.

Are you going to focus on the potholes you created on the highway of life, or are you going to move down that highway and enjoy the ride?

Let the natural consequences take care of themselves. Move on. Let the past be the past. Leave punishment to Infinite Intelligence or your Creator.

I say that whatever your problem is, it is also potentially and probably the start of your solution. If you take on a higher awareness, your problem is solvable.

Attitude opens doors. Always has. Always will. You can train skills, but you can't usually train attitudes. I always hire people with a good attitude.

When you give it away, it multiplies. Every gift you give comes back to you manyfold. When you cast your bread upon the waters, it comes back in loaves!

Do you want to get paid more? Do you want to be promoted? If the answer is yes, then find a way to add value to your company. Understanding what you have to offer and what your company needs will push you in the right direction.

A phobia can be defined as an irrational fear that causes us to experience a physiological revulsion to something that does not actually threaten us with serious harm. Phobias can be removed!

There are simple things that we can do to have longer lasting more sincere friendships. It's as easy as showing interest in the other person, investing time in the friendship, and accepting your friends for who they are.
