In every business repeat business is very important to build a residual income. Basically it is to get royal custumors to return and buy from you again and again. Repeat business is therefore much easier to build than new businesses.

When you have your own business you need all the customers that you can get. Generally the best source of customers for any company are the ones that have already had a taste of your business. Anytime that someone takes the time to visit your store and spend their money with you, it is an opportunity for repeat business. Getting people through the doors is the hardest part. Once you have them there you need to dazzle them so that they will be sure to return.
