Shingles known as the Herpes zoster is a viral infection caused by the varicella-zoster virus that also causes chickenpox. It is very common among the people who have weak immune system and the people between the ages of 60 and 80.

In the past ten years recent studies and research with alternative treatments for shingles has shown it is possible to recover in less than one week and to reduce outbreaks of lesions and pain in three days.
