Stretch marks can take a very long time to fade, and when they do, the healing use to be inadequate, producing scars that can be very hard to dissimulate.

Most of the people are having great problems with regards to their stretch marks. This may be due to various reasons. You could not wear any short shoes or display yourself with a two piece, as you will be humiliated because of those unsightly lines into your legs and even on your stomach. Stretch marks are exactly that, red or purple marks left in your skin because it has stretched. The most common areas for it to appear is the buttocks, thighs, stomach, breasts and even arms. 90 percent of all pregnant women will get them, whether they get a lot or a few depends on the body and how they are preventing them.

Cellulite and stretch marks are two of the most dreaded problems that most women have to deal with. Men can also suffer from these problems, but society insists that they exclusively affect women. The reason these skin conditions can affect both genders is that they are both affected by skin structure and not gender. Cellulite, for example, appears due to a structural problem in the skin and not because of excess weight gain. In fact, people that are slim can also develop cellulite, however, it's not as noticeable as on people excess weight.

Human body seems to have its own mechanism to avoid stretch marks; though it is very limited, it can be reinforced with a biological solution to increase skin healing.

Stretch mark is a common phenomenon associated with periods of hormonal flux. Rapid weight gain during those periods pulls the elastic fibers located beneath the epidermis and disrupts the normal production of the collagen protein make-up of the fibers, resulting in fine lines on the skin, called stretch marks.
