Emotional health is as important as being physically fit and having a sound mind. Our emotional, physical, and mental health are connected with each other that each one affects the health of the other. However, there is another factor that can contribute to a healthy well-being: Spiritual health.

Now we’re not just talking about the costly effects of getting sick – and it is costly. Annually, illness costs US businesses more than 45 billion and that doesn’t take into account your personal costs for medical expenses and time off of work.

The great Albert Einstein once said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge". Truer words have never been spoken, and he is definitely one that would know. Although skilled in the disciplines of physics and mathematics, it was not the knowledge of these subjects that led to his groundbreaking formulas. Rather, it was his self-developed skill in properly UTILIZING his imagination that empowered him to discover new knowledge, literally dreamed into reality from nothing, that began to unlock the hidden secrets of the universe. Only after his imagination brought his theories to light could he begin to interpret this new knowledge in the languages of science.

Neural Ergonomics applies Ergonomic reasoning to support natural function of the internal mechanisms of the brain. Many harmful forces are generated, both internally and externally, that disrupt this natural function. There is in fact an optimal approach to thinking that can nullify these harmful forces while simultaneously removing the impediments to mental clarity. Having a complete abundant life means more than having just financial comfort although money surely is a key factor in the equation. It's not possible to never get angry or frustrated. But when using the Law of Attraction thought and feeling are what get you what you want in life. You can use anger as a catalyst to something much better in your life and here is how.

How many times have you said to yourself, "Today is the day that all my dreams come true" and then the day passes. You see little progress in the Law of Attraction in your life. You are intentionally watching each thought and living in the now. After a while, those feelings of the day passing and the feeling of nothing happening causes you to doubt or even worry as each day passes.

Do you ever feel as if you are repeating your past mistakes over and over again? No matter what you do it seems that a particular past event keeps popping up? Can you ever get rid of the past mistakes of your life and move forward?

Could it be that easy? Just decide that the life that you want is going to be yours and then just steer it in that direction? Yes, it can be that easy when you are intentionally applying the Law of Attraction in your life. However, if your life is not headed in a direction that you are happy with it is time to begin thinking about what you want. Don't focus on what you don't want; instead, imagine what your life will be when you are living the life that was intended for you.

In today’s fast pace society we are convinced that there are just not enough hours in the day to get everything done. Well there are as many hours in the day as always. In modern times, we are blessed with all means of time saving technology, but still complain, the equation does not balance, is there not more time to enjoy the kind of lifestyle we desire? But it seems even in off mode people still rush seeking enjoyment, any distraction from the harsh realities of life will do.

You have all the answers within you for a successful and joyous life. Learn how to use the successful team within yourself to have the life you desire. Certain parts of your life may be working but the true success is when you can balance all the parts of your life so that you are happy and successful. Here's some advice on how to manage it all.

Is it possible to just 'fake it' and act like you are applying the Law of Attraction? What do you think? The Law of Attraction is a simple concept: whatever you focus on in your life, and however you feel about things, will send a vibration out to the Universe that the Universe will match in like vibrations and bring back to you what you have been focusing on.

When applying the Law of Attraction what you focus on is what it is all about. Think of your focus as a laser beam and whenever you focus on something, whether it is negative or positive, you are sending out a laser beam that directly brings something back to you. So when you focus over and over again on something, you are bringing it directly back to you in some form. If you are focusing on not having enough money or on how much you hate your job, you are sending out your laser beam straight to what you 'don't want' and that will bring it flying back to you.

Today is the day you have the big meeting where you want everyone to pay attention and really understand where you are coming from. You want others to agree with you and work as a team. Or maybe you have a co-worker that you just want to get along with. No really...you want to get along, not just wish they would disappear. You can do something about any situation involving other people and it is all in how you visualize and act.

You wake up and shuffle off to the bathroom to find a quarter lying on the sink. You wonder how it got there. You put it in your pocket and forget all about it until lunchtime. You meet a business associate for lunch at the local café. As you sit and wait for him to get there, you notice something shiny under the table. It's another quarter. You begin to take notice. Is the Universe leaving you a sign?

So you're great at manifesting the small stuff; the parking spot, miniscule amounts of money, getting the table you want in the restaurant, but you stop short when it comes to manifesting the big stuff. Why does this happen, and what can you do to change it?

Two different people can be experiencing the same situation yet they have completely different experiences through the situation. What makes the situation different for each person? Their perception of the experience that they have created with their own thoughts and feelings and that is a part of the Law of Attraction.

You come home from work and see that your next door neighbor, once again, has another new vehicle. You feel envious and wish it was you. "Why does he get everything? I wish I had his luck!" Jealousy and envy are intense negative emotions that can keep you from getting the life that you want.
